01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdream77 ("phdream77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdream77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phdream77.asia (the "Platform").

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phdream77 or any relevant gaming authority.

phdream77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of phdream77 services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active phdream77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phdream77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Account Ownership: Your phdream77 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

phdream77 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phdream77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phdream77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phdream77's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phdream77 aims to process approved withdrawals to e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification Requirements: phdream77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds obtained through illegal means. phdream77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdream77 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phdream77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phdream77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• phdream77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phdream77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply to all games on phdream77:

• Random Number Generation: All game outcomes on phdream77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that results are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, phdream77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. phdream77's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: phdream77 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Where possible, game state is preserved and the player may resume upon reconnection.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdream77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to phdream77 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phdream77 staff or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phdream77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phdream77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phdream77.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdream77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phdream77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

phdream77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

phdream77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance checks.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
